We follow the steps below to guide the education and visa processes for students most smoothly and accurately:

1. Initial Communication and Preliminary Assessment

Öğrencilerimiz web sitemiz, sosyal medya, telefon veya referans yoluyla bizimle iletişime geçebilirler. Öğrencinin eğitim hedefi, bütçesi ve vize ücretinin ilk görüşmede kullanılması. Daha sonra öğrenciye ön değerlendirme formülü gönderilir ve detaylı bir analiz yapılır.

2. Education Program and School Selection

The most suitable university or language schools are determined to align with the students' interests and academic goals. Detailed information about universities and educational institutions in the UK is shared, and student-specific offers are prepared.

In the process of education and school selection,

The most appropriate program is determined in line with academic goals,
The admission requirements of the schools are evaluated,
Scholarship and financial support options are explored.

The application process starts through the school and program determined by the student.

3. Offer, Contract and Application Process

After the student chooses the appropriate program, an offer is made regarding the education and visa process specially prepared for him. If the student accepts, the HUB EDU service contract is signed, and the process officially begins.

At this stage,

An official application is made for the selected school,
A letter of acceptance is received from the school,
The necessary documents are prepared, and the visa process is started.

4. UK Student Visa Application Process

Students' visa applications for study in the UK must be completed entirely and accurately. At HUB EDU, we provide professional support to our students during the visa application process.

During the visa process,

Collection and issuance of documents required for visa,
Preparation of letters of intent and financial adequacy documents,
Completing the online visa application,
Operations such as making and directing biometrics appointments are carried out.

After the visa application is completed thoroughly, it is ensured that the process is followed and finalised.

5. Visa Approval and Orientation Process

When the visa approval is obtained, the student is provided with the necessary travel and pre-training information. An orientation program is offered so the student can access all the information they may need on arrival in the UK.

The visa approval e-mail is sent to the student,
Accommodation and transportation information is provided,
Referrals are made on the first day by contacting the university or language school.

6. Accommodation and Living Arrangements

We provide guidance on their situations when adapting to the UK.

7. Follow-up and Support of the Training Process

We follow the academic development of the student throughout their education.

8. Post-Graduation Support and Future Planning

We offer guidance when students need it to direct their careers or continue their education after graduation.
We inform you about options such as new training programs, master's or certificate-diploma programs.
