Australia Student Visa

Australia Student Visa Application Process

An Australian student visa is a type of visa that can be applied for by individuals who have been accepted and enrolled in reputable Australian educational institutions. These visas are for international students enrolled in a programme offered by a provider registered with the Register of International Overseas Institutions and Courses (CRICOS). As HUB EDU, we will be with you and guide you at every stage of your application process.

Things You Should Know About Australia

1. School Application

Once you have shared your school choice with us, we will request the documents required to apply to the school, and then we will process your application. Your application may take 3-7 working days for language school, 7-15 for diploma programmes, and four weeks to three months for undergraduate-graduate-doctoral programmes.

2. CoE Request

After your school acceptance, your payment plan will be set up, and you will make your school payments. The school will then issue the CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) document for your visa application. This process usually takes between 7-15 working days. We follow this process for you.

3. Writing Letter of Intent and Collecting Visa Documents

While waiting for the CoE, you will be asked to collect the visa documents and write a letter of intent. At this stage, the time will vary depending on your speed and efforts to develop a letter of intent. Do not forget to review "How to write a letter of intent?" on this subject.

4. Checking and Translating the Documents

Your documents and letter of intent will be checked, and revisions will be requested if necessary. Afterwards, your Turkish documents will be sent to a sworn translator. The checking and translation time is usually between 3-5 working days.

5. Final Check by a Second Authorised Person

To benefit from a different review, your files will be checked a second time by our team, and necessary arrangements will be made.

Waiting for the visa

Remember to check your e-mails frequently. After submitting your visa application, you will be sent an informative e-mail by our institution on how to make a biometrics appointment so that you can give fingerprints. You must submit your fingerprints within 14 days of submitting your visa application. The system is checked almost every day for your visa result, and visa results are sent to our e-mail address. You will be notified as soon as your visa result arrives.

Please note that only the Australian Government can decide on Australian visa applications. Your visa assessment is committed to adhering to published service standards. If you do not provide documentation to support your claims, your application may take longer to be assessed, or a decision may be made not to accept your application.

If a decision is made not to accept the application, applicants will receive a letter outlining the reasons for the decision.

What can be done in case of visa refusal?

Each application and application result should be handled in its dynamics.

Suppose you have yet to receive a positive outcome for your visa assessment. In that case, you should discuss the matter with your HUBEDU counsellor and analyse the outcome and next strategy based on the circumstances of your application and the reasons stated in your rejection letter.

If you have previously been refused a student visa

You should share this information with us before submitting a new application. In particular, if you have been refused a visa from countries such as Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada and Ireland in the last five years, a detailed analysis of this refusal is essential before a new application.

HUB EDU offers a unique “Visa Refusal Analysis and Report” service. This service aims to identify possible mistakes from previous applications and help you take healthier steps for your new application. You can contact our counsellors for more information.
